This company did a detailed survey after damp problems were found during our buildings survey when we were thinking of purchasing the property.It explained everything in great detail and what remedies would be needed which also included two new lintels and timber treatment.They undertook the work as soon as we had moved in and finished in a little over two weeks.They were a professional and friendly team and we were very happy with the works carried out.

Did a damp survey for us on an old property we were going to buy. A really professional operation and the surveyor they sent did an excellent job. We got a thorough and comprehensive survey that covered every part of the work needed, and looked at parts of the building that the original (and expensive) “buildings survey” didn’t even look at. In the end we didn’t purchase because there was too much to do, but glad we got this company in to help understand what was needed.
